Summer hippie, earth lover, adventure seeker.  Free spirit, rebel, daydreamer and a hopeless romantic. I'm a wacky, fun loving, live in the moment kinda gal and I create my craft with inspiration from the earth's creation and old, vintage photos.  My work is warm and full of earthy tones, which makes me stand out with something different. I hope to bring a summery, nature like feeling to those who view my art and feel a sense of peace and calm.

I'm a big believer in positive thinking and that what we think, we create, what we feel, we attract and, what we imagine, we become.  Because I am original and tend to drift on my own path I have become someone I have wanted to be by spreading delight and goodness through my passion and myself.

The winter 2016 collection was called "Ode to Nova Scotia," RESPECT NATURE by keikaikoadesigns.com It only feels like that because we were going through some upheaval in our personal lives. This year for 2018 we are calling our collection "RESPECT" this will be about respecting each other as human beings. That no matter what may be the color of your skin, sexual orientation, who you worship and what your gender is, this demands respect, compassion, and understanding.  That we are all connected, and we must unite for a better community and life for our future generation. What is a prank phone call?

But do you see that they are children and innocent in the ways of the world?  They are sweet loving children even our dog is terrific, and I am not just saying that because they are mine. They don't belong to me but they belong to themselves, I always say they belong to me, but really they are not things to be owned. They are my heart and my everything. A few years after this photo is now my daughter attending a different school in the new institution we call junior high. My husband and I are away for our trip to celebrate our 19 years of being together as a couple. We arrive from our trip in the middle of the night, and the children happen to be staying with our family.
